Aquaholics tender the Central Mews project for Iline Construction and won the Drainage portion. The project consists of 74 new town houses in Owens Place, Mt Maunganui. Contract involved full water reticulation and connections using sizes up to 150mm PE. Sewer included 2x 450 road crossings across Owens Place. Full Stormwater retiulation for the site to pick up all downpipes amd cess pits. Pipe sizing ranged from 450 concrete to 100mm PVC. Sewer involved a live sewer rediversion and new sewer reticulation through site to pick up town houses.
All work below 1.5m had to be dewatered. Aquaholics completed the dewatering easily as they have all the dewatering gear.
This project commenced December 2017 and is due for completion March 2019.
